Nova Partners launches real estate services

MSI’s French Marseille based law member Nova Partners is delighted to announce the launch of its new real estate services to clients.

Nova Partners has launched new real estate services to assist banks, investors, corporate clients or wealthy individuals with their real estate transactions (real estate acquisitions, financing transactions, and development operations etc.) with a particularly focus on cross-border transactions. Nova Partners appoints new partners and welcomes new team members Julien Imhoff has been appointed Partner of the Corporate Services Department. Julien started his career in audit firms before joining Nova Partners in 2013. He specializes in private equity, M&A and financing and advises a client base of banks, investment funds and corporate clients. Magali Floris-Drujon d’Astros has been appointed Partner of the Corporate Services Department. Magali started her career with Jones Day and Paul Hastings before joining national law firms with an international reach, such as Bignon Lebray and Associates. She specializes in private equity, M&A and financing, and advises a client base of banks, investment funds and corporate clients. Elodie Bidaud is a business law jurist and was Deputy Managing Director of the “Dictionnaire Permanent Droit Européen des Affaires », a leading French legal journal. Elodie joins Nova Partners to take on the role of Office Manager participating in the management of the firm and to optimize customer services, particularly in the areas of knowledge management and digitization.
