Nova Partners ranked in 2017 Private Equity League Tables by Décideurs Magazine

MSI's French Marseille based law member Nova Partners is delighted to have been ranked four times in the 2017 Private Equity League Tables by Décideurs Magazine.

Nova Partners is mentioned four times in the private equity league tables for 2017 of 'Décideurs magazine' a well known French financial magazine:
  • LBO Lower mid-cap & small-cap (“high profile”)
  • Growth capital (“high profile”)
  • Venture Capital (“high profile”)
  • Acquisition financing (“high profile” )
and was mentioned as “excellent” in the restructuring league table for 2017 of « Décideurs magazine". Deals: Nova Partners played in leading role as counsel in two major deals in the south of France : « Médiane » (a French editor of medical-administrative softwares) renews the shareholding initially created through a first MBI in March 2011 around two major French investment funds (Initiatives and Finances and ACG Management). Médiane sees its leader, who took the head of the company six years ago, to partner with Turenne Health (majority), BNP Paribas Development and Adaxtra Capital (subsidiary of Bred), three leading French private equity firms. Nova Partners team acted as fund advisors. The three founding partners of «  Studia », a Provençal SME in content management (ECM), turned to growth capital. They thus offered about 40% of the shares of their company to « Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners » (a French leading investment fund managed by Rothschild). This leveraged transaction also permitted the exit from Finadvance (previously absorbed by « A Plus Finance » in 2016), a private equity investment fund. Nova Partners team acted as fund advisors.
