MSI's Peruvian law member OMC Abogados & Consultores is delighted to welcome Mrs. Gladys Echegaray and Mr. Francisco Lozano to its growing legal team.
Mrs. Echegaray will be responsible for intellectual property matters as well as consumer rights. Other practice areas in which she will contribute include civil patrimonial law and public management. Mrs. Echegaray's experience has enabled her to develop a professional career both in the public (RENIEC, Ministry of Labor and Promotion) and the private sector.
Mr. Lozano is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP). Mr. Lozano has experience in bidding and contracting, civil procedural, arbitration and administrative law.
