Perez Gongora & Asociados, S.C. announces major client acquisitions

MSI's Mexican accounting member Perez Gongora & Asociados, S.C. is pleased to announce its recent client acquisitions of Dentsply Sirona Inc. and Toyota Tsusho Corporation.

Dentsply Sirona Inc. designs, develops, manufactures and markets various dental and oral health products and other consumables healthcare products primarily for the professional dental market worldwide. The company operates in two segments, Technologies & Equipment; and Consumables and is listed on NASDAQ. Sirona Dental Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. is an operating subsidiary of Dentsply Sirona Inc. that is in charge of developing the Mexican market by distributing the products and materials of its parent company which has a total of 185 subsidiaries worldwide as December 31, 2017. Toyota Tsusho Corporation manufactures steel and copper alloy products, construction materials, non-ferrous metal ignots, precious metals, aluminum products, ferroalloys, waste catalysts, and rare earth and metals, and nonferrous metals scraps, as well as recycles vehicles and auto parts; listed on the Nagoya Stock Exchange and the Tokyo Stock Exchange. As of today, the company has seven divisions (Metals, Global Parts & Logistics, Automotive, Machinery, Energy & Project, Chemicals & Electronics, Food & Consumer Services, and Africa) and the Administrative and Supporting division. The Toyota Tsusho Group is comprised of 1,000 or more subsidiaries and affiliated companies worldwide. Toyotsu Smelting Technology México, S.A. de C.V. is a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation that operates within its Metals division focused on the aluminum smelting Mexican market for the automotive industry.
