Philippe T. Lindsay joins Rubino & Company as Director

MSI's Washington DC law member Rubino and Company is excited to welcome Philippe T. Lindsay, CPA, MBA, CGMA, as Director.

Bringing over 30 years of experience in government accounting and auditing with a focus on public housing authorities, nonprofits, and low-income tax credit entities, Philippe Lindsay has participated in over 300 housing authority engagements, and has also been the Director of Finance/CFO at the Housing Authorities in Chattanooga, Tennessee; Stamford, Connecticut; and Alexandria, Virginia. Philippe has extensive experience with programs administered by the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA). His stable of former clients include over 25 housing authorities throughout the United States. Philippe has performed consulting services for housing authorities including outsourced CFO services, assistance with conversion to RAD, workouts with troubled authorities, negotiation with HUD over findings, reporting and repayment agreements, and provided training to Resident Councils and Board members. “I am honored to join Rubino and am excited to apply my expertise to the firm’s housing authority accounting and auditing services,” Lindsay said. “Rubino’s excellent reputation and high standard of client service was a great draw for me, and I look forward to being a member of such a respected organization.”
