Promesa Denetim awarded audit license by Capital Markets Board of Turkey
MSI's Turkish member firm Promesa Denetim is pleased to announce that it has been licensed as an audit firm by Capital Markets Board of Turkey.
Capital Markets Board of Turkey is the regulatory and supervisory authority in charge of the securities markets in Turkey. There are about 100 audit companies which have this license, and about half of them are active. By acquisition of this license Promesa Group (including Promesa Denetim ve SMMM AŞ , Promesa YMM AŞ and CNS Bağımsız Denetim AŞ) has all accounting, tax and audit licenses available in Turkey.
The firm is forecasting a sharp growth in its audit business by acquisition of this license and is aiming at being one of the top 10 audit companies in Turkey within three years.
