MSI’s Malaysian law member Rahayu Partnership is expanding its business in the real estate transactional and wealth management sector and is delighted to welcome Azlin Nordinar binti Abd Samad as a specialist partner.
Azlin focuses on advising prominent high net-worth families and institutions, in particular private banks and trust companies. She advises on all issues of succession and estate planning, often with a particular focus on effective and complex structuring and succession planning.
Azlin holds a LLB (HONS) and Diploma in Syariah and Legal Administration is a dual qualified civil and Syariah advocate and solicitor. She has five years' experience as a Syariah Lawyer for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan.
