Bowditch & Dewey appoints restructuring and insolvency expert

Condon has a track record of success, representing clients in restructuring matters in both formal bankruptcy proceedings, as well as out-of-court workouts and refinancings. His practice focuses on assisting companies and individuals in navigating economic distress.

Before joining Bowditch & Dewey, Condon worked as a restructuring attorney with two of Boston’s premier bankruptcy firms. A graduate of Washington and Lee University and Boston University School of Law, Condon’s practice is principally based in New England, but he has represented clients in courts throughout the United States.
