MSI's Colombian law member Sanclemente Fernandez Abogados will be celebrating its 75th anniversary on 16 November 2017.
Since its foundation in 1942, Sanclemente Fernandez Abogados (SFA), has been advising leading companies in the national and international market in matters relating to foreign investment, corporate, commercial, labor, tax, environmental laws, litigation and contracts. Currently SFA has 7 Partners and 20 lawyers.
Earlier this year, the firm welcomed a new partner, Donaldo Ariza. Donaldo was the former VP of Legal Affairs at Ecopetrol S.A., where he worked for more than 20 years, gaining a broad experience in the hydrocarbons sector.
More recently SFA has been ranked as leading law firm in 'Energy and Natural Resources' by Chambers and Partners Latin America ( Band 1).
