SBL appoints Johanna Segalis as Partner

Johanna joined SBL in 2011 and has been contributing to the development of our tax practice for fifteen years. 

Johanna advises French and international clients, including compagnies, executives, shareholders and individuals, on both advisory and litigation tax matters. Her practice focuses primarily on wealth and international taxation, the international mobility of individuals, and the structuring and reorganization of corporate groups. She also handles frequently tax audits and litigation.

Johanna’s appointment as a partner is a natural continuation of her career at SBL. It recognizes her expertise, her commitment to our clients, and her contribution to the firm’s development.
