MSI's Washington law member Socius Law Group is pleased to announce new members Jason Holloway and Blake Hilty, who have joined the firm’s matrimonial law practice.
Jason Holloway, an astute advisor, skilled negotiator and formidable litigator, brings to Socius a diversity of clients and breadth of experience in matrimonial and family law matters. His expertise in complex financial and property issues, stock and executive compensation plans, closely held business interests, asset tracing, trusts, tax, real and commercial property and high-conflict parenting issues add depth and range to the firm’s matrimonial practice. In addition to his litigation practice, Jason works with clients to develop sustainable relationship and property status contracts, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial, cohabitation and assisted reproduction agreements. Also, Jason works as a mediator and as collaborative law counsel.
Blake’s practice focuses on divorce cases involving complex financial issues. He fully engages his background in finance to advise clients and represent them regarding the division of business interests, investment portfolios, intellectual property and real property. He has successfully resolved scores of marital dissolutions through mediation, arbitration and trial. Blake has also published and presented on leveraging financial analysis in assessing and protecting assets during marital dissolutions.
