Studio Ferraro Ginevra Gualtieri has successfully advised Ambienthesis Spa company on a tax dispute resulting in a successful settlement agreement with the Italian tax authorities. The transaction defined a total amount of 7.4 million Euros. The litigation took place in 2009 and the company's tax and VAT was also taken into consideration.
