Taylor Porter ranked among Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge

MSI's Louisiana law member Taylor Porter was ranked for the third consecutive year among the "Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge" by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report in the publication's 2016 rankings of companies.

The awards program is a project of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group. Taylor Porter was also honored in the Business Report's first two years of doing the project in 2014 and 2015. The survey and awards program was created to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Baton Rouge, benefiting the economy, workforce and business climate. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
  • Have at least 15 employees working in Baton Rouge
  • Be a for-profit or nonprofit business, publicly or privately-held business, or government entity/municipality
  • Have a facility or office in Baton Rouge
  • At least one year in business
Companies from across the Baton Rouge region entered the two-part process to determine the "Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge." The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices and demographics, while the second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
