Thales welcomes new tax law specialist

Pascale is a member of the Brussels Bar since 1996 and tax law specialist with over twenty years of experience as a partner at AFSCHRIFT Tax & Legal and subsequently at Baltus-Hautfenne.

Pascale's practice encompasses Belgian, European, and international taxation, with particular expertise in tax structuring, the assessment of potential tax abuse mechanisms, and the legal structuring of complex transactions.
 
As accredited civil and commercial mediator, Pascale is actively involved in alternative dispute resolution, notably in matters with tax, wealth management, and business-related aspects. She adopts a structured, pragmatic, and strictly confidential approach.
 
In parallel with her legal practice, Pascale lectures in the Master’s degree in Tax Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB). She is the author of numerous publications in the field of tax law and is a regular speaker at specialized conferences and seminars.
