MSI's Singapore law member Tito Isaac & Co LLP is delighted to welcome a new senior partner to head up the firm's well-established real estate practice.
Mr Leong Kum Kwok, a veteran lawyer with 40 years of experience in banking, finance and property law, joined Tito Isaac & Co LLP as a Senior Partner on 1 October 2021. He has advised and acted for local and foreign corporations, developers and financial institutions. In the course of his career, he has also been appointed to act for the Government of Singapore, the Minister for Finance and some statutory bodies.

Mr Leong will lead a team with a depth of experience in all property-related legal issues, from the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties to landlord-tenant disputes.
