Tito Isaac & Co LLP expands legal team with new partners and lawyers

MSI's Singapore law firm member Tito Isaac & Co LLP welcomes veteran lawyer Mr Soh Gim Chuan as a Partner.

Soh Gim Chuan has taken charge of the firm’s Real Estate Practice with an eye on meeting growing client demand in the corporate and institutional sector as well as the private property market. Mr Soh has been in legal practice for 45 years. In addition to Real Estate Law, he has wide-ranging legal expertise in Banking Law, Commercial Law and Criminal Law.

“The firm is starting oX 2026 by bringing on board new lawyers to boost our legal team to meet client demand for our legal services,” said Tito Isaac, Founding Partner and Lead Lawyer.

Mr Ivan Lee, a litigator with considerable courtroom experience in complex civil and criminal disputes is now a Partner at Tito Isaac & Co LLP. Litigation and Dispute Resolution has always been a core practice of the firm, and Ivan Lee is expected to further boost to the firm’s legalteam.

Managing Partner Kawal Pal Singh explained, “We have a strong track record of advising clients on increasingly complex matters, and we continue to look out for experienced professionals who can add depth to our existing expertise.”

Mr Maiyaz Islam, another experienced lawyer in the Dispute Resolution area, has also started practicing with the firm. He has years of wide-ranging legal experience serving various sectors and the firm is confident their clientele will benefit from his counsel.

Mr Teo Boon Pin is joining the team as an Of Counsel. He is a mid-career professional with prior experience in the Information Technology industry. Now a qualified lawyer, he brings a much sought after level of technical understanding and expertise to his practice.

Mr Lim Xiang has joined the firm as an Associate. He previously worked in banking and wealth management before qualifying as a lawyer and making a career change. The expertise he brings from his former career adds a meaningful dimension to his legal practice.
