Today, we shine a spotlight on one of those leaders, Jonyce Bullock, CEO of MSI’s accounting member firm Squire in Utah. Her story reflects the strength, ambition, and impact of women across our global alliance.

At the heart of Jonyce’s leadership is a passion for growth:  personal, professional, and organisational. 

In 2025, Jonyce was particularly proud of a major milestone: The firm’s combination with Hinton Burdick.

“It represents a tremendous opportunity for our firm, our team, and our clients. This milestone wasn’t something that happened overnight. It grew out of years of intentionally building strong relationships, trust, and shared vision. Bringing our firms together allows us to expand our expertise, strengthen our bench, and create even more opportunity for our people.”

For Jonyce, this achievement reflects something deeper than strategic growth: it highlights the power of long-term relationship-building and shared purpose.

Her advice to women in the accounting profession is both practical and empowering:

“Own your voice and your value. The accounting profession is evolving, and there is tremendous opportunity for women to lead - not just technically, but strategically and culturally. 

Seek mentors, be willing to stretch yourself, and don’t underestimate the impact of bringing both strength and empathy to leadership. You do not have to choose between being results-driven and being people-focused, the most effective leaders embrace both.”
