Voices of MSI | Pam Webster: "I value being a catalyst for economic and social development"
Today, we are delighted to spotlight Pam Webster and her inspiring work in the Caribbean. For her, inspiration comes from helping global clients build meaningful connections with the Caribbean.
“As a lawyer focusing on foreign direct investment into Anguilla and into Nevis, I am inspired every day by the opportunity to help clients and global families optimize their legal connection with these two Caribbean islands.
I really value being a catalyst for economic and social development in the islands as well. The law is an excellent lever to marry both my client and my island communities’ objectives.”
Her work sits at the intersection of international business, law, and community development. Helping to align the ambitions of global families with the long-term growth of the islands she serves.
A moment that stood out for Pam in 2025 was a historic milestone for Anguilla: the election of its first female Premier.
“In 2025 Anguilla elected its first female Premier. She is a lawyer by profession and a former Associate of Webster LP. As women lawyers and parliamentary pioneers, we have jointly been engaged in developing laws and regulations that align and integrate with the needs of global families and our communities.
My proudest moment was when the Premier confirmed her commitment to these development strategies. It was wonderful to see a woman lawyer elected to the highest office in Anguilla’s elections.”
For Pam, this milestone reflects the growing influence of women lawyers in shaping both governance and economic development.
Her advice to women in the legal profession focuses on the unique strengths women bring to leadership and problem-solving.
“As women lawyers, we have, I believe, a particular intelligence in aligning client and community needs in a way that benefits both in a synchronized way. I believe we can materially impact our clients’ lives and our communities using our relational intelligence while meeting the highest governance standards.
My advice to other women lawyers is to use their relational intelligence to accomplish great things for their clients and communities. We can use our presence and skills to strengthen both.”
As a member of MSI Global Alliance, Pam values the shared commitment to supporting women’s leadership across the profession.
“MSI is a global alliance that values women and supports us in our principal objective of improving influence in our firms and communities. I am proud to be a member of a group where there is a collective commitment to collaboration, leadership, and strengthening the role of women across our profession.”
At MSI, we believe that when professionals collaborate across borders and share knowledge, they can create lasting impact for clients, communities, and future generations.
This International Women’s Day 2026, we are proud to celebrate Pam and the many women across our alliance who are using their expertise, influence, and leadership to shape stronger communities around the world.
