Former basketball player/ Founder & Chairman, Tesani Companies
Travis Hansen is the founder of Tesani Companies (est. 2013), a private equity firm that has launched Eddy, TIG, Lift, Tech9, and Irvine while acquiring and operating multiple businesses across tech, finance, and services. He also co-founded the Sunshine Heroes Foundation with his wife, LaRee, in 2007, a nonprofit that has impacted children and families in over a dozen countries.
Before his business career, Travis was an elite athlete ans basketball player. He was drafted in 2003 with the 37th pick with LeBron James and Dwayne Wade and played in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks. And later played ten seasons in the Euroleague for Tau Ceramica (Victoria, Spain), Dynamo, Khimki (Moscow, Russia), and Real Madrid (Madrid, Spain).
His career achievements in basketball include 4x All-Euro Team & All-Euro Defensive Team, 2006 Copa Del Rey Champion, Two-time MWC Champion, 4x All-Russian Super League Team, and VTB United Champion in 2011. In September 2013, Travis retired from professional basketball. He Is the Author of “The Next Few Years Will Change Your Life”, a book published by Deseret Book, released in December of 2012.
Hansen’s business and civic achievements include recognition as BYU’s 2015 Young Alumni Distinguished Service Award, UVU’s distinguished Alumni in 2024, being named one of the most remarkable entrepreneurs by Utah Valley Magazine, Utah business named Tesani companies one of the best companies to work for 8 years in a row.

Founder, JGP Consultancy, LLC
James (Jim) Perkins is the founder of JGP Consultancy, LLC, bringing more than 35 years of experience in legal industry and general business consulting. With deep expertise in law firm operations, strategy, financial health and governance, Jim provides practical, insight-driven advice to help law firms and legal services organisations grow, navigate mergers and alliances, and improve key performance indicators in the U.S. and internationally.
Prior to founding JGP Consultancy, Jim spent more than 25 years at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, serving as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and, for the final 13 years, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). As COO, he led all non-legal operations, including finance, human resources, administration, marketing and business development, information services, knowledge management, and technology innovation. He was a member of the firm’s Management Committee and shared responsibility with the Managing Partner for the firm’s strategic direction. As CCO, Jim was responsible for designing and implementing the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program and served as Co-Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee alongside the firm’s General Counsel. During his tenure, Procopio grew from a small, single-office local firm into a top-tier AmLaw 200 firm with more than 380 lawyers and staff across multiple offices.

Managing Director, Calibrate
Haley Revel is a Managing Director at Calibrate, where she advises professional services firm leadership on how talent, leadership capability, and business operations must evolve to support the next generation of law and accounting firms.
Her work focuses on helping firms rethink how business services functions contribute to firm performance. Haley partners with Managing Partners and firm C-Suite leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, redesign operating models, and build leadership teams that enable partners to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
A central theme of Haley’s work is the role of business professionals as Revenue Enablers within modern professional services firms. Through Calibrate’s advisory and executive search work, she helps firms identify, develop, and elevate leaders across marketing and business development, finance, professional development, and recruiting who play a critical role in helping lawyers and accountants win, retain, and expand client relationships.
Haley brings nearly two decades of global consulting experience leading large-scale talent and organizational initiatives across the United States and more than 50 countries. Today she works with firm leadership teams to translate strategy into practical operating models that strengthen leadership alignment, improve how work gets done, and position firms for sustained growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and three children.

Martin is the Chief Executive of MSI Global Alliance and leads the MSI Secretariat team.
Martin brings extensive experience in professional services, drawing on his background as a Global Client Service Partner at EY and senior roles at PwC.
He has a deep understanding of international business and the professional services landscape, and supports MSI’s members while driving the growth and global presence of the alliance.

Executive Director, EDCUtah
Ryan Starks is the Executive Director of the Salt Lake Chamber and the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah).
Ryan’s career spans public service, education and entrepreneurship, with prior roles at the Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce, Brigham Young University and as founding director of Wasatch CAPS. He also led international trade missions and launched initiatives like the Startup State and Joint Utah Mexico Partnership (JUMP) program to strengthen Utah’s global and rural economic reach.
