Real estate and construction
We represent clients in land- use planning processes, construction proceedings, environmental proceedings, as well as in relevant court proceedings and dispute resolutions. Our attorneys have many years of experience in project and structured finance and provide legal advice on all types of real estate acquisitions, purchases, sales, leases or property management.

Our firm assists in the planning of commercial development, the planning and construction of office and residential buildings, industrial sites and warehouses, as well as the construction or purchase of single-family homes. We are experienced in negotiating with banks and private investors.

Mergers, acquisitions and corporate law
In addition to real estate matters, we are experts in corporate law and have extensive experience in all types of mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations. We represent clients in court proceedings relating to corporate changes as well as in intra-company disputes and also provide general corporate support including the preparation, management and administration of general meetings. Last but not least, we assist clients in liquidation and insolvency proceedings.

Representation in court proceedings and dispute resolution
We represent clients in various types of litigation, including representation before the Constitutional Court and also represent clients in arbitration proceedings, primarily before the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Chamber of Agriculture.

In recent years, we have been advising and representing private and public law clients in administrative proceedings and before administrative courts, including representation in cassation complaint proceedings. Our firm provides recovery and enforcement of our clients' claims and receivables and advise and represent clients in company liquidations and insolvency proceedings.
