Our partners and directors are experienced CPAs from Big Four and second tier firms. Our main clients are listed companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and private equity investment funds registered in Hong Kong, Cayman Islands and BVI, etc.

Linksfield also provides various services related to capital market, such as major/very substantial transactions in accordance with Hong Kong Standard on Investment Circular Reporting Engagements 500, Reporting on Profit Forecasts, Statements of Sufficiency of Working Capital and Statements of Indebtedness (“HKSIR 500”) and with reference to Hong Kong Standard on Assurance Engagements 3000 (Revised), Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information (“HKSAE 3000 (Revised)”) issued by the HKICPA.

We also provided IPO-related services such as, “Engagements to Perform Agreed-Upon Procedures Regarding Financial Information” issued by the HKICPA on certain financial information presented in the Prospectus.
