MSI Global Alliance welcomes Hong Kong audit firm

MSI Global Alliance (MSI), a leading international association of independent legal and accounting firms, is pleased to announce that Linksfield CPA Limited has joined as its member firm in Hong Kong.

Linksfield CPA Ltd (Linksfield) is a mid-sized audit firm registered with the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council of Hong Kong. The firm's partners and directors bring over 20 years' experience from the Big Four and leading mid-tier practices. Linksfield serves listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, private equity investment funds registered in Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands, as well as licensed corporations and non-profit organisations.

The firm has specialist expertise in capital market transactions, including IPO engagements, mergers and acquisitions, and bond offerings. Linksfield also provides statutory audits, fund audits and assurance services, in accordance with standards issued by the HKICPA and IASB.
